A shortcake base, topped with our own smooth and sticky caramel with roasted hazelnuts and pecans and undertones of smoked Cornish sea salt. Finished with a glossy milk chocolate drizzle. It's a bit fancy and does costs a little more than some of our products but the sales have been extraordinary. A favourite from The Handmade Cake Company.
Defrost at room temperature for 2 hours and use within 5 days.
