A deliciously tender but firm traditional ham that is cured from the very best selected pork legs. It is deboned and trimmed to the highest standard and then cooked using traditional methods before being sliced into 1lb packs for convenience.
Recommended Storage Temperature 1°C to 5°C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Keep refrigerated.
