Our traditionally mild London smoked salmon we provide is renowned for its consistent creamy, smoky texture. Our Finest Quality range uses only the middle slices of the fish. Est. 1911. The Goldstein family started smoking salmon in 1911 and is arguably the oldest established family of salmon curers based in the London area and possibly the world.
