Cooking Instructions (Rational & Combination Ovens):

• From Fresh: 180°C for 15–20 minutes, until core temperature reaches 75°C+
• From Frozen: 175°C for 25 minutes, until core temperature reaches 75°C+
• Cooked Frozen: 160°C for 20–30 minutes, until core temperature reaches 75°C+
